Q: Can you fit Shortened Sport Dampers/Shocks with original Springs?

A: No. The Shortened Damper/Spring will be shorter than the original Springs, this would be un-safe and the ride would be very uncomfortable.

Q: How can i tell if i have a Short Nose T4 Transporter or a Long Nose T4 Transporter?

A: The front end shape is different, to make this easier for you to identify we have posted images of both shapes below:

Q: What is 3D Secure?

A: 3D Secure has been developed to give your online purchases more security against credit/debit card fraud. In order to accept Maestro payments online T4's R Us has to have 3D Secure on our payment pages, at the end of the transaction you will be asked for 3 digits from your password; if you have not done this yet you can do this at the end of your transaction.

Q: What happens if i have forgotten my password?

A: Your transaction will not be completed. We receive the order with no payment details; therefore if you are having problems with the checkout and still want to place your order please Telephone us on 01792 892944 and we can take your payment over the telephone, or you can email us: sales@t4srus.co.uk with a contact number and we will call you back.
