PREPARE YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT
Include your ORDER NUMBER before it is posting back to Transporters R Us Ltd.
- ANY Returns received without this will NOT be opened for Safety reasons & may be subject to a 25% handling fee and re-stocking charge.​

SHIP YOUR RETURN
Be sure to safely ship your package back to Transporters R Us Ltd with ample packaging (DO NOT USE DISPLAY BOX OF THE ITEM YOU ARE RETURNING, there are Charges for this), all our items are packaged in a Display Box or Bag, and then Re-Packaged in a Postage Box or Bag.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on the order or to an in store credit, respective to type of return that is made as well as any pre-existing arrangements with with a Transporters R Us Ltd Representative.

In the event that multiple forms of payment were used, we will refund the value to an in-store credit in the form of a Gift Card.
We do not accept returns for any Special Order products, these are non-returnable products.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer us responsible for return shipping charges.
Transporters R Us Ltd will not accept COD deliveries.
All in-store credits balances will expire after 1 year from the original purchase date.
Any un-authorized returns may be subject to a 25% handling fee and re-stocking charge.
For your protection we advise you to obtain Proof of Postage
- Transporters R Us Ltd shall not be held responsible for items lost or damaged whilst in transit.
Products must be returned in the original condition they were sent out, damage products due to customer’s negligence would not be accepted for a refund or an exchange.


All return requests will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the products being returned to store.
All returns have to be inspected and verified by the allocated Returns Manager.

 

Non-Fitted NEW Product RETURNS

Transporters R Us Ltd will accept returns for unused products that are normally stocked, within 1 year from the time that the order was shipped.
- not Special Orders or Books, as these are Non-Returnable


If a product is returned within 90 days of the original order date you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used.
If the product is returned AFTER 90 days of the original order you will be eligable for store credit only in the form of a Gift Card.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees.

All new and un-fitted products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labels, instructions, hardware, etc…Products returns without these will be charged up to 40% of the value of the item, products return damaged will be charged the cost of the item and refunded the difference excluding any shipping costs.

A restocking fee of £5.00 WILL be applied to any returned products after 90 days.
If free postage was issued on your original order the cost of the actual postage will be deducted from your refund at the current rate.

Application and Fitment Issues
- This OPTION is NOT to be used if YOU have purchased the Wrong Part, as this is your ERROR

If you wish to return a product that does not fit your vehicle and you feel that there is an error in our listing, complete the returns form with your contact telephone number and email address.

We will investigate the cause of the fitment problem and will make any corrections that are needed.

In the event that we have found an error on our website or on behalf of a Transporters R Us Ltd representative we will arrange a collection of goods or a refund of return postage costs.

All products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including instructions, hardware, etc…

Products returns without these will be charged up to 40% of the value of the item, products return damaged will be charged the cost of the item.

Replacement orders will be shipped only to the address used on the original order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for checking the product application prior to ordering any product(s) to verify that the parts you have selected are appropriate for your vehicle, unless you have provided a Chassis Number or Reg No. for your vehicle.

Surcharge Returns
Some products offered by Transporters R Us Ltd may have a surcharge deposit that is required during the initial purchase.

In some cases Transporters R Us Ltd is unaware of a surcharge until after the product has been ordered, Transporters R Us Ltd may contact the customer to inform them and take payment of the surcharge.

If we are aware of any surcharges this will be stated within the product listing page and will usually show as an extra payment at the checkout. 
In order to receive a surcharge refund the product must be in a rebuild-able condition without any damaged, structural harm or missing items.
The surcharge must be returned to Transporters R Us Ltd in the original OEM package OEM which the original product was sent.
Transporters R Us Ltd inspects all products that are returned for a surcharge refund and reserves the right to determine if the surcharge qualifies for surcharge credit.

Transporters R Us Ltd do not accept scrapyard surcharges.

If the return does not meet these requirements, the items will be returned or disregarded at your discretion.
If the surcharge is denied for credit the customer is responsible for the cost of having the item returned.

Please allow 7 days for surcharges to be processed as Transporters R Us Ltd needs to inspect all parts before a refund is granted.

Return shipping for surcharges is the sole responsibility of the customer and all surcharges must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Warranty Returns
MUST BE AUTHORISED PRIOR TO RETURNING

Transporters R Us Ltd offers Manufacturer Warranty between 6 Months - 5 Years against manufacturer defects unless otherwise stated.
The warranty is void if we find that the product is used or installed against the manufacturers suggested use or if the product has been modified.

Brake, Clutch and Electrical components and not covered under warranty.

In some cases the manufacturer may consider offering a warranty for the items listed as excluded above, however this is done case by case basis only. All manufacturers require a diagnosis paperwork with a description of the problem or defect in order to be submitted for warranty review.
All products must be returned in the original packaging, including labeling, instructions, hardware etc…
Warranties are non-transferable, and only apply to the original purchaser of the product(s).
Transporters R Us Ltd will only replace or repair warranty items at our discretion.

Refunds are not provided for any warranty transaction.

All products returned for warranty inspection are subject to testing within Transporters R Us Ltd and in some cases may require that the products are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and testing.

We do not guarantee that any products will be warrantied until the process is complete.

In some cases warranties will be denied and Transporters R Us Ltd must return the product(s) at the expense of the customer.

Transporters R Us Ltd is not responsible for any damaged that may have occurred by using the products that we sell.

Transporters R Us Ltd does not pay for consequential, incidental and contingent damages or cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to products sold by Transporters R Us Ltd including labor or product coverage.

Transporters R Us Ltd will only replace the defective product that was originally purchased from Transporters R Us Ltd, once we have verified that this part is faulty and we have confirmed that the part is within its warranty period.

Products that may have been damaged or lost as a result of a faulty product will not  be replaced by Transporters R Us Ltd under any circumstances.

This includes fees for international shipments.

Transporters R Us Ltd will only ship replacement products to the original address that the address the items were shipped to.

- If you have moved you will be required to provide two forms of identity in the form of a Bank Statement and a Photo card Driving License and also a Landline telephone number for this address.

Until the product has been confirmed as faulty the and eligible for warranty the shipping costs remain the customers responsibility and will be refunded at our current rate of shipping on the day of dispatch of the replacement product.

Transporters R Us Ltd may arrange a collection with a courier of goods where possible which remains the customer responsibility until products are deemed faulty and within warranty period.

If the product(s) are not deemed as faulty the item will be returned to the customer and all shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

All Item(s) purchased & received must be test fitted PRIOR to paint or MODIFICATION.
