This book is a very comprehensive step-by-step guide to starting with a T5 van and finishing up with a Camper.
It contains some 272 pages that are profusely illustrated in full colour together with captions relevant to the task being worked on. The book starts with a 'Safety First' chapter and there follows another 6 chapters that are all subdivided into sections with each covering, very thoroughly, certain aspects of the conversion. It covers just about everything in fine detail and should give the persons carrying out the conversion all the confidence needed to finish the task and be proud of what they have achieved. One chapter with many sections that caught my eye especially was the one-headed 'Extras and accessories', and within this a lot of very sound advice regarding wheels and tyres is given. If I was thinking of doing a conversion - which I am not - I think this is the book I would rely on to lead me gently through the not inconsiderable task taken on.
