By placing an order and confirming payment on the websites of T4srus you are entering a legally binding contract in accordance with the following terms and conditions of sale.

Goods
Specifications on this website of the goods to be sold may be altered as a result of our continuous efforts to improve product quality and performance. All of our products are certified to conform to the CE (Conformité Européenne / European Conformity) Marking Directive by independent accredited test laboratories.

Reporting a Fault(s)

All/ANY fault(s) MUST be reported to T4srus via e-mail, sales@t4srus.co.uk . Please ensure that you include as much information as possible and also forward picture(s) of  same. we will assess and help with problem, and, we will try to rectify it without  the item being returned to us. If required we will arrange for replacement part(s) to be sent to you.  However, old part(s) MUST be returned to us.

Warranty

We offer a 90 day parts only warranty. However, customers are expected to read handbook(s) and carry out all/any checks which are detailed in the manufacturers handbook(s). We will supply any new part(s) needed. PLEASE NOTE:- Warranty cover manufacturing faults and defects ONLY, not damage caused by wear and tear, crashing or abuse. Our terms do not affect your statutory rights. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.

Damaged or Defective Goods
If, in the unlikely event, your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective, you must inform us as soon as is practically possible stating the nature of the defect or shortage by calling 01639560406 or by e-mailing us.

Availability
Goods are generally available when the In Stock indicator is shown. If for any reason an item is out of stock, then we will only ship the available goods and your payment method will be debited with the value of the despatched goods rather than the whole order value. We do not operate a back order system, therefore the balance of your order will automatically be cancelled. We will not supply substitute products without contacting you first.

Prices
The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order, inclusive of any VAT which may be payable by you. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery charges. All prices may vary. Customers and not T4srus are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in their own country.

Ordering
We will treat each order for goods, which is confirmed when you click on the BUY NOW button on the Confirm Purchase screen, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions. We shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of goods set out in your order. We shall confirm each order by email and such confirmation shall be our acceptance of the contract between us.

Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full. Your card details are passed to the PayPal Interface for processing. Payment is automatically authorised online, but we will not debit your payment method until the goods are shipped from our premises.

Delivery
Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to deliver within the times specified, but delivery times quoted are approximate only and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failure to provide the advertised service because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control. We strongly advise that if the goods are required for a specific date they are ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.

Right to Cancel
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.
Your right to cancel does not apply to items that have been used or fitted by you. In addition the right to cancel does not apply to software that has been opened or unsealed. You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law.
